The Dovecote Inn

The Dovcote Inn at Laxton is a traditional country inn and one of the focal points in Laxton, the last village operating the medieval strip farming system in England. An an independently run family business, it offers homemade, locally sourced menus based on seasonally available produce from surrounding farms wherever possible. 

Regular events are offered, often linked to the farming calendar, which are advertised on the website and Facebook page. Accommodation is available in a converted barn next door known as Dovestays. Motorhome and campervan stays can also be book in the large car park, with full details available on the website.
