Southwell Homestay is a self-contained, linked annexe studio with its own private, separate entrance.
This cosy space can be enjoyed all year round, offering a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere away from busy main roads, close to nature with garden views and a fish pond. Whether visiting Southwell for weddings, meeting friends and family, or attending the many events the area has to offer, it provides an ideal base to unwind at the end of a busy day - relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the 46" smart TV, complete with streaming services and free Wi-Fi.
Ideally suited for a couple, the annexe can also accommodate a family of up to four with a double pull-out sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen, including a tabletop oven, mini fridge, hot water dispenser and coffee maker, makes it perfect for those who prefer a quiet night in.
The property offers off-road parking with an outdoor security camera, along with easy self check-in and check-out via a key safe. For those wishing to dine out, the town centre - home to a variety of cafés, pubs and restaurants - is just a 10-minute walk away. Southwell Minster and The Workhouse (the best-preserved 19th-century workhouse in the country) are approximately a 20-minute walk.
Norwood Park House, one of several local wedding venues, is the closest. Nature lovers and dog walkers can enjoy a nearby trail just a few houses away, linking Southwell with the neighbouring village of Farnsfield via Maythorne, a rural hamlet with fishing lakes and a former mill.
Guests of all ages, as well as pets, are warmly welcomed.
